When you’re travelling, you’ll be able to whip out your phone, open the app, and work up a sweat, no matter whether you’re in your hotel room or at the beach.

Eating Well

It’s tempting to overindulge when you’re away from home. Of course, it’s not so much about the impact of a few beers; it’s more about the side effects, such as sleeping longer and not having the energy to workout as normal.
